DORM LIFE
Students and counselors are housed in SouthGate Campus Centre, a private, air-conditioned residence hall adjacent to the campus. Meals are included as part of the housing package and students are expected to attend all meals at the dormitory.

Rooms house two students each; no single occupancy rooms are available. Roommates will be paired by the program counselors based on Personal Information Forms submitted by the young scholars prior to their arrival on campus. Typically students who know each other prior to the program are not roomed together. |
| Male and female residents reside in separate wings of the dormitory. Counselors (typically former YSP students who have completed at least one year of college) are housed on the same wings as the students to assure adequate supervision. There is always at least one counselor assigned to the dormitory 24 hours a day. |  |
